  1. Optional password protection will keep your data more secure without worrying about data loss
  2. There is a flexible wire between the cover and the recorder, so don't worry about the loss of the cover even in a messy scene. It will be easier to open the cover according to the direction indicated by the arrow.

Meanings of the Setting Parameters of Xetronlog Software:

  • Trip Description: Configurable. The info entered here will be shown on the report, it can be used to differentiate one logger from another.

  • Log Interval: Configurable. This means how often the user wants the logger to perform a read, it can be 10s, 1minute, or 1 day.

  • Start Delay: Configurable. This means after you press the start button on the logger, how long it would wait to officially start logging.

  • Temperature Unit: Celsius or Fahrenheit Optional.

  • Alarm Threshold: Configurable. The customer can fill in the temperature value for which a temperature alarm is desired. A total of 3 upper limits (H) and 2 lower limits (L) can be freely selected.

  • Alarm Type: Configurable. This means that users want the device to alert under certain conditions, such as when a single over-temperature time occurs, or when the cumulative time of all consecutive over-temperature alerts exceeds the alert delay time.

5 Stars, but still super FRUSTRATED!

Ok, so I cant find directions ANYWHERE online including the manufacturers website. I just want to know what the two buttons do on the device. I want to know what pressing the start & stop button for however many seconds in whatever variation actually does without having to plug the dam thing in.Also: people wonder why someone with a Mac needs to have a windows virtual machine? Its for all the times when the software is really made for windows. I downloaded the software from xetron1996.com but my mac wont let me open it even after messing with security settings. Aside from all this, the beautiful thing is that you plug it into your mac or pc & just open the pdf with two pages of all the info recorded which is so nice to be able to print one sheet back to back! All in all this is a great product for the price.
